CURE FOR AID?

AFTER WATCHING THIS VIDEO SOME OF YOU MIGHT STILL BE QUESTIONING THE AUTHENTICITY OF THIS IS IT TRUE IS THERE REALLY A CURE FOR AID?

"They had a cure for AIDS since it's existance.
It's only natural that after they created AIDS in the lab, that they create an antidote for it.
They created AIDS to be used as a weapon in bio-warfare, so of course they created an antidote just incase the scientists creating the disease got infected in the process. But instead of using it for bio-warfare, they used it as a genocidal tool for minorities.

It's just that this worldwide epidemic known as AIDS was created in a lab and purposely spread."
